The frame consists of curved pieces(12) formed in a vertical plane which are fixed by an upper part(1) and a lower part(8), the upper and lower parts(1,8) are connected by bars(11). Fixed around the curved pieces(12) are horizontal circular braces(13,15,16,17). One or several feet(18) are fixed to the lower part(8) and/or on the curved bars(12). An electric light bulb(4) is fitted via and electrical seal/connector(6) in the top part(1).
