A heating cooker comprises a heating chamber (2) to heat food, a steam generating device to generate steam, a steam chamber (51) disposed inside the heating chamber (2), and steam introduction channel (52) to guide the generated steam from the steam generating device to the steam chamber (51). The heating cooker also comprises a steam chamber discharge channel (66) to guide water accumulated in the steam chamber (51) to the exterior of the steam chamber (51). Thus, it is possible to provide a sanitary heating cooker that prevents food from being immersed in condensation and the heating chamber (2) interior from being flooded by water overflowing from the steam chamber (51). |
