METHOD FOR MAKING A CONTINUOUS ZN-FE ALLOY ELECTROPLATING STEEL PLATE

The method prevents the generation of plating blur by activating the surface with iron chloride(II) and produces Zn-Fe alloy plated steel plate with good surface quality. The method is characterized by carrying out the surface activating treatment in iron chloride aqueous solution of 30-80g/l concentration, 0.5-3 pH and 50-70deg.C for 1-20 secs.
