This valve is used for air piping, gas piping, gas oven range, gas meter, gas boiler, gas valve, water meter, and water piping. The value prevents a gas explosion or dangerous condition by controlling the flow of gas as liguid. The valve(1) includes a head(2) of semi-spherical shape having many semi-circular grooves(4), and a valve stem(3). The valve sheat (10) includes a cylinder(11) at the center, a apring hold groove(12) a round the cylinder(11), and grooves(13) counterfacing each other at the top of cylinder(11). The safety valve also included a bracket(21) having a circular hole to seceive the head(2) of valve(1) to play the hole, the valve sheat(10) beinging joined with bracket(21), and having a spring(14) to urge the valve head(2). When the pressure(P1) of the upstream is higher than the pressure(P2) of the downstream, the valve(1) moves to the tin of cylinder(11) of valve sheat(10) to open the hole with the pushed spring(14). When P1 and P2 come near to equilibrium, the valve(1) returns to the original position by the spring(14).
