Disclosed are a junk file identification and management method, an identification device, a management device and a terminal. The junk file identification method comprises: obtaining an actual value of each element in an element set of a stored object in a file system according to current actual target attribute data of the stored object; the elements being set according to the target attribute data of the stored object in the file system; and judging whether the stored object is a junk file according to the matching condition between the actual value of each element in the element set of the stored object and a threshold of a corresponding element in a pre-set junk file judgement policy.
