PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a light receiving/emitting element module.SOLUTION: A light receiving/emitting element module 1 that irradiates an object to be irradiated with light and detects reflection light at the object to be irradiated includes: a substrate 33 made of a conductive type semiconductor material; a light-emitting element 31 containing a plurality of semiconductor layers laminated on one principle plane of the substrate and having a plurality of light-emitting parts each emitting light of different wavelengths; and a light-receiving element including an area containing inverse conductive type impurities in one principle plane of the substrate and having a light receiving part for receiving mirror reflection light of light of the plurality of light-emitting parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
