The system includes an injection unit (100) which is placed in a confined predetermined zone (98) on the ground (90) which includes a structure (1) having a lateral wall (13) standing on the ground (90) and on its upper part a cover (11) having an opening (16) which communicates with a hydrostatic load application unit (7). A device (2) maintains the structure (1) on the ground and a device (4,5,5') detects the force applied to the structure with respect to the ground. A pressure/volume control unit includes a device for creating a vacuum and applying an adjustable hydrostatic load on the confined zone (98) by injecting a fluid under pressure into the confined zone. A device (8) determines the infiltration speed of the fluid into the confined zone. In addition the injection unit (100) includes, inside the structure, device (6) for draining the fluid in the confined zone. This drainage device is formed in a porous material and is arranged between the lower face of the cover and the ground surface in the confined space. The injection unit also contains filters (14) to avoid blocking of the drain (6).
