Automobile wheel suspension, especially for electric automobiles

The suspension comprises two arms (2), connected at one end to a wheel support and at their other ends to the vehicle bodywork by articulations (4). The articulations are integral with a beam or cross member (3) fixed to the bodywork. The articulation axes (BB',AA') are located in the extension of the suspension arms. The articulations comprise elastic sleeves mounted on a piece fixed to the suspension arm and housed in spacers fixed in the cross member. These spacers according to their adjustment cab be disengaged from the cross member in case of shock engendering a force greater than that resulting from the spacer adjustment in the bodywork cross member.
