FIELD: radio communications; communication systems handling broad-band signals. SUBSTANCE: device has series-connected adjustable delay circuit 8, first multiplier 1, narrow-band interference detecting and rejecting unit 2, second multiplier 3, switch 4 whose output functions as device output. Newly introduced in device are switch 4, adjustable delay circuit 8, clipper 6, quasi-coherent phase-keyed signal demodulator 5, and narrow- band interference detecting and rejecting unit 2. First input of switch 4, input of adjustable delay circuit 8, and input of clipper 6 are combined and function as device input. Output of clipper 8 is connected through demodulator 5 to other input of multiplier 1 and at the same time to input of delay circuit 7 whose output is connected to other input of multiplier 3.
