Cutter with vertical heated wire for use with housing insulation sheets

The cutter (1) has a vertical heated wire (9) fixed in a U=shaped frame (5) which is moved manually with respect to a insulation sheet support (4). A coupler can be positioned anywhere vertically on the frame to fix it to a scaffold. The cutter is supported and can be reversed on a stand (2). The cutter has a vertical stop (3) for the end of the sheet to provide support for the sheet during movement of the frame. The cutter has a guide (12) adjustable in height up the angled frame member (13).
