The connection consists of a metal, cylindrical, anchoring sleeve (6) inserted into one bone, and possessing an insertion-opening in its end facing the other bone or prosthesis. The sleeve-wall (9) has passages through (10) for inserting liquid or viscous filling and anchoring agent into the interior of the sleeve and surrounding the bone. The sleeve has a tensioning arrangement with a threaded bolt (15) screwed into the sleeve, and with a spring arrangement (22) acting in the lengthwise direction of the threaded bolt and anchoring sleeve. Next to the insertion opening of the sleeve is a wall part (13) without passages through.
