PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable sterol-blended food (chocolate) having a serum cholesterol reduction effect and further having palatability, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The vegetable sterol-blended food (chocolate) having a serum cholesterol reduction effect and further having palatability can be attained by being incorporated with a specially prepared vegetable oil, and can be attained by adding vegetable sterol on the latter half of conching in its production method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
