<p>Disclosed is a method for transporting mortar, concrete and thick materials from a mixing tank (1) into a transport duct (24), connected to the mixing tank (1) next to its bottom, at which compressed air is charged into an upper air region of the tank (1) and into an injection spot of the transport duct (24) by means of a common compressor (8, 11). The compressed air supply to the transport duct (24) is automatically opened when a pre-set pressure at the injection spot or in the upper air region of the tank (1) is exceeded, whilst said supply is automatically blocked when this pressure is below its pre-set. An apparatus consists of a mixing tank (1), the transport duct (24) connected to the mixing tank (1) next to its bottom, a lower air duct (14) and an upper air duct (15) which can both be charged with compressed air by means of the compressor (8, 11). The upper air duct (15) opens into the upper region of the tank, whereas the lower air duct (14) opens at the injection spot into the transport duct (24). A closing or multi-way valve (26) is accommodated in the lower air duct (14) and is connected with a region at which the transport duct (24) is connected or with the upper region of the tank (1). Said valve is opened when a pre-set regulation pressure is exceeded.</p> |
