The car roof cover fixer bolts (3) are spaced out along the cover rim and joined by flexible wire ties (4) to the actuators (5). The bolts deform flexibly when the actuator is operated and the wires are secured at one end to the rotary driver (6) of the actuator at radial spacing from the rotation axis (13). At their far end, the wires are fixed to the bolt itself (3). The wires are led through the bolt etc. and fixed to a pressure element bearing on the bolt, with the far side of the bolt thrusting off the cover (1) etc. In a variant, the locking elements form latching elements bolted to the actuator by a connecting band which is itself tensioned by the actuator, the wires etc. being guided on elements (7-9) to the underside of the cover (1).
