The narrow side (4) of the plate (1) has a length which is greater than the distance between the front edges (5) of the opposing grooves (2) enclosing the tongues (3). The plate has an operating extension (6) for turning into the gap (7) between the tongues and the groove lower edge (8). A fixture device (10) is connected with the plate. As turning-in aid the plate has rounded or inclined formations. The plate at both ends has pairs of nose formations which have unequal lengths.
