The present invention provides a vision thermal analysis control system. The vision thermal analysis control system includes an image acquisition part which acquires an image for a measurement object; a thermal image acquisition part which acquires a thermal image for the measurement object; and a thermal image analysis part which forms an overlapping image by overlapping the image with the thermal image, and acquires information about the peripheral region of an ignition point according to the distribution of temperature in the overlapped image. So, the accuracy for the peripheral image of an ignition point can be improved.
