PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cleaning work just after a loading work by a forklift vehicle and to reduce damage received by a fork insertion member by freely adjusting a distance between a pair of box bodies by making it possible to slide the box bodies into which fork tips to be fork insertion members are inserted. SOLUTION: Each box body 6a performs parallel moving along a rail 7 passing through the box bodies 6a and a supporting body 6b of a fork insertion member 6, keeping a fixed distance with the supporting body 6b. By a connecting rod 9 moving along a rail groove 8a formed by two plate bodies 8 joined on the supporting body 6b, the box bodies 6a and the supporting body 6b are connected, and the box bodies 6a and the connecting rod 9 and the supporting body 6b and the connecting rod 9 are pivotally fixed, respectively. As a result, the distance between a pair of box bodies 6a can be freely adjusted and fixed by fixing moving along the rail groove 8a formed by the plate bodies 8 of a pair of connecting rods 9 according to parallel moving by a tightening tool 10.
