PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wasteful start of a compressor and a blow-off operation by partitioning a load demand flow rate into a plurality of flow rate regulating ranges, setting a flow rate control pattern composed of assembly of an operating compressor and a control condition of the operating compressor per each flow rate regulating range, and controlling each compressor. SOLUTION: In the case where operations of four compressors connected in parallel are controlled, for example, operations of compressors C1, C2 as screw compressors and compressors C3, C4 as eccentric compressors are controlled, a load demand flow rate is partitioned into a plurality of flow rate regulating ranges so as to set the sum of the maximum values of supplying flow rates of the operating compressors to be not less than the load demand flow rate, in all ranges of the load demand flow rate, and so as to set the number of the operating compressors to the minimum numbers. In a compressor control device A1, a flow rate control pattern composed of assembly of the operating compressors and a control condition of the operating compressors is set per flow rate regulating range, and a control command is outputted on the basis of the flow rate control pattern so as to set a pressure detecting value of a pressure detector 31 arranged aside on a receiver tank 30 to a prescribed value.
