PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper high-tension cable connection terminal capable of properly holding a high-tension cable without increasing a size. SOLUTION: This high-tension cable connection terminal 10 has a terminal coupling part 11 coupled to the terminal of an ignition plug, and a cable holding part 12 for holding and fixing a high-tension cable H. The cable holding part 12 extends from the terminal coupling part 11 along the high-tension cable H, and has a plurality of engagement pieces 15 added in a circumferential direction for the high-tension cable H and a slidable externally coupled holding member 13 externally coupled to a plurality of the engagement pieces 15 and slidable to a position for the engagement pieces 15 to hold the high-tension cable H in an engaged state.
