The synchronizer sleeve (1) has a main sleeve body (2) which has a selector fork guide (3) on its outer periphery, and inward-pointing cogging running towards the lengthwise center axis. The selector fork guide consists of at least one disc (4) fixed to the main sleeve body which, together with the cogging, consists of a thin sheet metal wedge-shaped profile with radially inward protruding wedges (2a,b) running in a peripheral direction. The metal plate on the radially outward pointing side of each wedge is defined by a radially outwardly opened wedge-shaped groove (2c,2d). The disc's radially inward protruding protuberances (4a,4b) each fit into the wedge-shaped grooves. |
