摘要 An injection volume measuring device, comprising a measuring piston sleeve (4) of thermally expandable temperature resistant plastic, is new. An injection volume measuring device, in which a nozzle injects a medium at high pressure into a measuring chamber sealed by a gas pressurized seal-free measuring piston guided in a measuring cylinder, has a piston (4) which, at least in the region of a sealing zone (17), consists of an annular body of thermally expandable temperature resistant plastic having an initial diameter smaller than the surrounding cylinder diameter. The piston thermally expands to a sealing diameter corresponding to the cylinder diameter and, in the expanded state, is fixed by a pre-stressed splaying body (18) which follows the increasing piston sleeve inside diameter and maintains the sealing diameter by radial support.
