PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt-rack and bolt cleaner capable of drastically shortening the time required for disassembling and inspecting fluid machines such as a pressure vessel and a pump, reducing and saving the man power for the work. SOLUTION: The bolt rack 1 is for holding large bolts 106 and provided with a rack body and a plurality of bolt holders 10 capable of holding the bolts 106 on concentric circles. The bolt cleaner using the bolt rack 1 is equipped with a bolt-rack rotation mechanism 21 which supports and rotates the bolt rack 1 and is capable of positioning it to a specific position, a bolt rotation mechanism 28 which is locked to the bolt 106 held by the bolt rack 1 to rotate it, and a cleaning mechanism 40 which is capable of accessing/ removing to/from the bolt 106, and at the same time capable of rotatingly driving a cleaning brush 47 in contact with the bolt 106.
