PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sound pressure and sensitivity related to transmission and reception as a sensor and resolve the problem on reverberation deficiency by making an elastic body perform prescribed motion while prescribed pressure is applied to a piezoelectric vibration with the elastic body having frictional resistance to expand an adhesive over the whole adherence surface of the piezoelectric vibrator and hardening it. SOLUTION: A vibration case 1 in which a piezoelectric vibrator 2 is put is inserted into a base jig 21 and fixed and then, mounted on an index table 22, the base jig 21 is pushed up with a cylinder 32 to press it against a stripper plate 35, and the case 1 is fixed. The rotation of a pulse motor 25 with an encoder is transferred to a frictional rotary shaft 31 pressed by a cylinder 52 which performing precession through coupling joints 27 and 28 while a frame 30 on which the motor 25 is mounted is subjected to numerical control in XY directions. A protruded and curved elastic body 6 is provided at the front end of the shaft 31 to press the vibrator 2, an adhesive is expanded between the vibrator 2 and the case 1 by pressing equally and radially and a stable adherence state is obtained without the formation of bubbles.
