PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting structure, for an electric measuring instrument, which can prevent the electric measuring instrument from being assembled erroneously to a circuit board. SOLUTION: A plurality of protruding pieces 61(61a) are installed at a facing opposite part 6a, which is an outer wall part composed of the metal case 6 of a cross-coil type measuring instrument (an electric measuring instrument) and which is faced with a circuit board 7. Insertion holes 72(72a), into which the respective protruding pieces 61(61a) are inserted, are formed in positions in the circuit board 7, which correspond to the protruding pieces 61(61a). One prescribed protruding piece 61a from among the plurality of protruding pieces 61(61a) is inserted into one prescribed insertion hole 72a from among the insertion holes 72(72a) in plurality.
