PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce fatigue of an operator by partially mechanizing conventional manual work of reversion and transportation by an operator and to prevent the loading amount from differing from that of a conventional method by performing batch-processing for handling plural loads in a lump. SOLUTION: A load-carrying platform part 1 on which a plurality of cylindrical cargos are to be longitudinally loaded is constituted into a U shape, of a receiving table plate 11 having a fulcrum, a side plate 2 on the fulcrum side, having a slide mechanism 4 such as a roller, and a push plate 3 facing the side plate 2 and capable of adjusting the size. A guide plate is provided on the end of the receiving table plate 11 as necessary. The receiving table plate 11 is formed into a recessed or V-shaped section so that loads can be stably loaded, the whole load-carrying platform part 1 is reversed around the fulcrum by a reversing mechanism about 90 deg., and the load-carrying platform part 1 can be adjusted in its height from the floor surface by a lift mechanism.
