PURPOSE: A sterilizer using positive charges is provided that sterilizes widely by dissolving positive charges in a medium to do no harm to the human body and prevent a secondary pollution. CONSTITUTION: The sterilizer comprises a sterilizing vessel (10) for storing a raw material (20) to be sterilized; a generator (50) to generate positive charges; and a feeder (60) of a medium for supplying the sterilizing vessel (10) with the medium in which positive charges are dissolved. The generator (50) to generate positive charges comprises a direct current voltage generating part(52) to generate the direct current, and metal electrodes(54) which are each connected to an anode and a cathode of the direct current voltage generating part(52) and generate positive charges by the power being outputted from the direct current voltage generating part(52). |
