PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base cloth-contained rubber-made bellows capable of sufficiently corresponding to specification extremely strongly desired for mechanical strength of pressure resistance or the like in design, smoothly performing deformation to bellows shape having a deep crest and trough, and setting (designing) a base cloth having desired rigidity relating to needs of bellows specification freely to a certain degree by having a selected width. SOLUTION: In a base cloth-contained rubber-made bellows formed by comprising a pair of ring-shaped opposed surface parts arranged to be opposed to each other, bellows-shaped wall surface part having two or more crest parts and one or more trough parts provided so as to mutually connect an external peripheral edge part of this opposed surface part, and a base cloth 10 integrally buried in the opposed surface part and the bellows-shaped wall surface part, the base cloth 10 is constituted by a four-axis fabric including a warp 10a, weft 10b, and diagonal yarns 10c, 10d.
