PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing beam capable of easily positioning an adjacent building unit for a large space. SOLUTION: Adjacent building units 121A, 121B for a large space are connected to each other and reinforced by the reinforcing beam 40 when the parts where a plurality of columns 31 of the building units 121A, 121B for a large space are omitted to form a large space inside of a unit building are disposed adjacently. In this case, the structure is provided with a long reinforcing beam body 41 and a shear plate 42 attached to the reinforcing beam body 41 to position adjacent building units 121A, 121B for a large space.
