PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a device by connecting a plurality of, at least two, chip elements into one device, and especially to obtain good display quality without irregularity in a display device such as a liquid crystal display and plasma display. SOLUTION: In the device produced by connecting a plurality of, at least two, chip elements into one device, the direction of formation of each element is identical when each chip element is formed. Thus, the elements are connected into a large device, the device without irregularity can be produced with good yield.
