SOLUTION: The transparent conductor antenna is formed by forming a transparent conductive polymer film 2 or a translucent metallic thin film or a semiconductor oxide transparent conductive film or their composite film onto a transparent substrate made of glass or a transparent plastic or the like. This antenna is placed in a case or a reflection plate is attached to the antenna to obtain a flat radio unit.
