SUBSTANCE: biogas unit has methane tank provided with acid fermentation chamber communicated to liquid manure collector, and with methane fermentation chamber communicated via slurry channel with belt press filter for slurry dehydration, via biogas pipe with gas collector, and via mash and biogas pipes with fermentholysis chamber. Transverse perforated walls are mounted in fermentholysis chamber for dividing it into sections communicated one with the other via overflow pipes. Lower section of fermentholysis chamber is communicated with centrifugal microfilter and belt press filter, and is communicated via excessive biomass and squeezed water channels of belt press filter collector with dynamic disintegrator. Rotor with blind openings is axially aligned with dynamic disintegrator. Blind openings are communicated via annular channel with openings of perforated ring, which defines with housing closed cavity communicated with sequential stages of dynamic disintegrator and with heavy water collector. Dynamic disintegrator outlet branch pipe is communicated with upper section of fermentholysis chamber. Unit of such construction allows agricultural sewage and solid wastes to be effectively processed and by-products such as methane, protein-vitamin additives, heavy water, biofertilizers to be obtained.
