PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry earth and sand discharged to a cargo loading position from a hopper to a cargo unloading position separate from the hopper. SOLUTION: A rail 6 is obliquely arranged to the horizontal over a cargo loading position under a hopper 2 and a cargo unloading position separate from the hopper 2, and a backner 9 is detachably installed on a carriage 7 for traveling along this rail 6. The carriage 7 is energized so as to travel toward the cargo loading position by weight of a weight 14. When earth and sand are filled up in the backner 9, the carriage 7 travels to the cargo unloading position by weight of earth and sand or the like, and when removing the backner 9, the carriage 7 moves to the cargo loading position by weight of the weight 14.
