PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always smoothly raise and lower a support member which supports a built-in weight. SOLUTION: The support member 9 is constituted, so as to be raised and lowered in the vertical direction along guide shafts 11A, 11B, 11C. One end of a seesaw member 1 is connected to the support member 9 by a connection means such as a screw 12 or the like on the rear of the support member 9. The support member 9, on which the built-in weight is placed is normally in a raised position, so that the load of the built-in weight is not loaded t a load transmission member. In the calibration of the built-in weight, a cam 4 is turned, and the end part on the connection side of the support member of the seesaw member 1 is lowered in the direction of X2. Even when the support member 9 is not lowered smoothly by the own weight of the built-in weight due to the abrasion of the guide shafts 11A to 11C and that of bearing parts 9A to 9C, the other end of the seesaw member 1 is urged in the direction of X1 by a spring 8, and the support member 4 is lowered smoothly.
