PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert-producing apparatus capable of smoothly feeding sauce under pressure and enabling simplification of overall constitution containing a sauce container and facilitating cooling of the sauce. SOLUTION: An apparatus 2 for feeding sauce under pressure is equipped with a hermetically sealed container 53 for housing the sauce container 54 and filling liquid on the outside of the sauce container 54 and a pump 51 for controlling pressure of liquid in the hermetically sealed container 53 and pressure is applied from the pump 51 to the hermetically sealed container 53.
