PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling capacity control method for a dielectric filter, with which a miniaturized dielectric porcelain block can be provided while solving problems caused by narrowing the input/output terminal of the dielectric porcelain block. SOLUTION: Concerning this coupling capacity control method, the width of input/output terminals 6 and 6 is defined so as to cover the opening of a conduction hole 8 and the lower edges of the input/output terminals 6 and 6 are cut. Thus, input/output coupling capacity can be controlled into required level while securing the electric connection with the conduction hole 8 so that a dielectric filter having proper characteristics is obtained.
