PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the display quality of a display device in which a multi-line driving method is adopted from being lowered by preventing the generation of a crosstalk phenomenon in a period which does not contribute to a picture display. SOLUTION: A display-off(DSP-OFF) signal is made to be inputted to a decoder 258 and a voltage-off circuit 266 is provided in the decoder 258 in order to make voltages to be applied to data lines constant in a flyback period. Then, voltages to be suppied to respective data lines are made to be fixed by the voltage-off circuit 266 in the period which does not contribute to the picture display. Thus, the crosstalk can be prevented.
