PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure good workability and safety of a working vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle frame is placed between a pair of right and left crawler driving parts, a driver's seat is positioned on the front part of the frame, an engine is placed at the back of the driver's seat, a transmission interlocked with the engine is placed under the seat, the driving wheels of both driving parts are connected to the transmission through respective drive transmission mechanisms, a front PTO shaft protruding forward is connected to the transmission and a rear PTO shaft protruding backward is connected to the transmission.
