PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and accurately stick adhesive tape without crashing to a tape sticking face of a shape where two linear parts cross. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pressing roller 17 rotatably connected to two bodies 11 and 13, a first guide roller 21 rotatably attached substantially in parallel with this pressing roller 17 to the one body 11, a second guide roller 22 attached rotatably around an axis crossing this guide roller 21 to the one body 11 and co-operating with the guide roller 21 for movably and engagingly holding the one body 11 along the tape applying face 41, and a tape guide plate 29 forming a tape guide part 30 for guiding the adhesive tape A with a release agent between a space with the pressing roller 17. A distance from a rotation axis of the pressing roller 17 to surfaces 23 and 24 of the bodies 11 and 13 on a side facing the tape applying face 41 is set smaller than a radius of the pressing roller 17.
