PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacquard lace knit providing clear beautiful lace patterns, decorativeness and designability, and having a high commercial value by expressing the patterns on the surface of the knitted fabric with two or more colors. SOLUTION: This jacquard lace knit is knitted by a warp knitting machine having two divided jacquard reeds dividedly constituted so as to form an alternation array by one stitch, and parallelly installed therein, and at least one ground reed. The structure of a ground knit is knitted by the ground reed, and a lace- like pattern 2 is formed by guiding yarns Y1 and Y2 for forming the patterns by the two divided reeds respectively. At least at a part in the knitting width direction, the yarns having each different color or composed of each different material as the yarns for forming the pattern are arranged and knitted to form color pattern parts 2a and 2b having two or more colors on the pattern part on the surface of the knit.
