PURPOSE: An automatic buffer hinge is provided to protect a user and to prevent the damage of a door by buffering the closing speed by distortion and compression of a spring when opening and closing a door. CONSTITUTION: An automatic buffer hinge comprises: a primary connection piece(10) fixed to a doorframe and provided with a wing(11) and a central cylinder(12) having a fixing hole(13); a secondary connection piece(20) fitted to a door and provided with a wing(21), an upper cylinder(22) holding the central cylinder(12) and a lower cylinder(23) having an edge groove(26), wherein the upper cylinder(22) contains a spiral(24) and a fixing hole(25), and the lower cylinder(23) contains a lower latchet(33) welded to the upper part of the edge groove(26) and a lower cap(C1) coupled to the lower part in a snap shape; a reverse rotation part(30) provided with a lower ratchet(33) having a central operation hole(31) and a ratchet(32), a rotary shaft(35) having a ratchet(34) engaged with the ratchet(32), a lower fixing groove(36) for interposing a lower fixing projection(41) of a torsion spring(40), and a shaft fitting projection(37) extended upward from the rotary shaft(35) and fitted to the inner space of a holding shaft(51) of a fixing part(50); and a fixing part(50) provided with a holding shaft(51) holding the end of the shaft fitting projection(37) of the rotary shaft(35) by interposing a spring(38), a circular body(52) of the larger diameter than the holding shaft and fixed to a fitting hole(54) by a pin through the fixing hole(13) of the central cylinder(12) of the primary connection piece(10).
