PURPOSE: An anchor assembly for fixing a children seat of an automobile is provided to conveniently fix the children seat without needing to additionally mount an anchor on a car body. CONSTITUTION: An anchor assembly for fixing a children seat of an automobile includes a cylindrical bush(12), an anchor member(13) and a fixing bolt(14). The cylindrical bush is located at an upper portion of a base member. The anchor member is located on an upper surface of the bush at a side and has a latch hole(13a) formed at the other side for latching a hook mounted at an end of a seat belt of the children seat. The fixing bolt passes the anchor member and the bush from the upper portion of the anchor member and is coupled with the base member with a nut.
