PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a miniaturized and thinned objective lens driving device which records/reproduces information for an optical disk, and which is constituted so that a magnetic circuit is supported elastically. SOLUTION: In the magnetic circuit supporting mechanism which includes an actuator having an objective lens movable part 11 in which a focus coil 14 and a tracking coil 15 are fixed to an objective lens holder 16 and the magnetic circuit 12, and which is constituted as a magnetic circuit movable part 19 such that the objective lens movable part 11 is elastically supported to a fixing part 13 through an objective lens elastic member 18, and that the magnetic circuit 12 is also elastically supported to the fixing part 13 through a magnetic circuit elastic member 23, the fixing part 13 is constituted so as to limit the position of the magnetic circuit movable part 19 with the focusing direction when the magnetic circuit movable part 19 is displaced with the focusing direction, wherein a positioning hole 26 common to the fixing part 13, the magnetic circuit movable part 19, and the magnetic circuit elastic member 23 is provided.
