PURPOSE: An intelligent wireless order method and system using a Bluetooth is provided to execute all the services handled in a restaurant using a Bluetooth. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth application server system(20) comprises a Bluetooth server daemon(21), an order management interface(24), an order management part(25), and a settlement processing part(23). The Bluetooth server daemon(21), a Bluetooth-based server program, provides an interface, such as a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol), etc., through the wireless Internet in a pico-net or a scatter-net. The order management interface(24) processes food orders, settlements, and various supplemental services between the Bluetooth server daemon(21) and the order management part(25) through a wireless Internet protocol. Also the order management interface(24) converts the data processed between a Bluetooth terminal(22) and the order management part(25) into a Bluetooth browsing environment. The order management part(25) makes a client select food through a food information D/B(26), and manages order contents through an order information D/B(27) if the client places an order. The settlement processing part(23) makes the client select a settlement type if ordering is completed.
