PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a destruction of a magnetron by the control using a microcomputer wherein the destruction is generated because output actions have been made for a long time in a high output of a high frequency oscillation. SOLUTION: This high frequency heating device is equipped with a display part 1, the microcomputer 2, an operation part 3, and a nonvolatile memory 4, and because the elevation of anode temperature of the magnetron is suppressed by controlling the high frequency output signal supplied to a power supply unit 5 using an inverter circuit, the magnetron destruction is prevented.
