PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage device capable of making the work of welding a U-shaped member to a base unnecessary, eliminating bushing, facilitating the fit of a cold storage agent to reduce the man-hour and facilitate work, and making a lid that is hard to cover unnecessary to reduce the man-hour and material costs. SOLUTION: In a base 11 provided with notches 13 according to the pitch of a serpentine cooling pipe 12, the foot of a cover 15 of reverse U-shaped cross section covering and fixing the cold storage agent 17 attached to the cooling pipe 12 is fitted, and fixed plates 19 with holes fitting the folded parts of the cooling pipe 12 and both ends of the cover 15 bored are fitted in the front and back of the cold storage device 10. The cover 15 is held by a holding member 21 with comb teeth that are adjusted to the pitch of the notches 13 provided in the base 11 formed on one side of shape steel of channel-shaped cross section, and an auxiliary base 14 with an upward comb shape that is adjusted to the pitch of the notches formed is arranged at the intermediate part of the base 11 provided with the notches 13.
