PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte condenser is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures by forming a conductive polymer layer through the oxidative polymerization processes performed twice. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolyte condenser comprises a shaping step(ST10), a sintering step(ST20), a Ta2O5 film formation step(ST30), an oxidative polymerization step(ST40), an assembling step(ST50), a sheathing step(ST60), an aging step(ST70) and a marking step(ST80). The oxidative polymerization step includes a first sub-step of forming a conductive polymer layer onto the Ta2O5 film by impregnating the condenser element having a surface coated with Ta2O5 film, into the oxidizer solution produced by adding water to an ammonium persulfate solution of 0.1 to 0.8 mol, and the pyrrole monomer solution produced by adding acetonitrile to the pyrrole of 0.1 to 3 mol; and a second sub-step of forming a conductive polymer layer by impregnating the condenser element into the oxidizing solution of 0.3 to 1.8 mol and the pyrrole monomer solution. |
