PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute easy trouble sorting, between the telephone line of an ADSL circuit and the processor within a station and the circuit test in an ADSL system. SOLUTION: In the ADSL system, an in-station device 10 is provided with two SELs 13-i and 14-i, separately for each internal ADSL circuit, and a circuit test interface 15 for leading in the ADSL circuits from these selectors. As a result, each of the ADSL circuits on the user side and the ADSL circuits within the station is led in to the circuit test interface 15, and a tester is connected to the circuit test interface 15, thus each circuit test can be implemented. Moreover, under the condition that the communication between the in-station device 10 and the ATU-R of a user's terminal be established, the ADSL circuits are connected with one another via the circuit test interface, thus the ADSL circuits in on line state can be monitored. Furthermore, it may also be connected to the ATU-R to the in-station side of the circuit test interface 15 at all times.
