PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a netlist preparing device provided with a function capable of more easily making a drive power source of a transistor that appears in the case of developing a netlist of a logical level to one of a transistor level to be a drive power source designated when a specification design is performed. SOLUTION: This netlist preparing device, which is provided with a function for developing at least a netlist of a logical level to one of a transistor level and outputting the one of a transistor level, is provided with a drive power source designating means for designating a drive power source of a transistor that appears on a circuit in the case of developing each logical block to a transistor level with respect to the logical block of a logic circuit specified by the netlist of a logical level, and a label rewriting means for developing the netlist of the logical level to the one of the transistor level and also rewriting a label of a drive power source of the transistor that appears on the circuit to a label of a drive power source designated by the drive power source designating means.
