PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judging method for the deterioration of waterproof sheet, in which the deterioration state of a waterproof sheet can be judged without the need for cutting off the waterproof sheet, and to provide a member and a structure for the judgement used for the method. SOLUTION: In the judging method for the deterioration, a sheet S2 for judgement used to judge the deterioration state of a waterproof sheet for construction S1 is fixed in advance to the outer surface of the sheet S1, the sheet S2 for judgement is removed, so as to inspect the deterioration state in a required time, and the deterioration state of the sheet S1 is judged on the basis of its inspection result. The judging member 5 for deterioration is provided with the sheet S2 for judgement used to judge the deterioration state of the sheet S1 and a fixing member 4, a part on the back of the sheet S2 is bonded to the fixing member 4, the remaining part on the back is constituted in an unbonded state, and the fixing member 4 is provided with a fixation part to the outer surface of the sheet S1. In the structure for judging deterioration, the sheet S2 for judgement used to judge the deterioration state of the sheet S1 is fixed to the outer surface of the sheet S1.
