摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflow predicting device which accurately predicts a fluid inflow. SOLUTION: This inflow predicting device 15 is equipped with a water gauge 2, a flow rate detecting means 20, and predictive computing parts 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and 5e which predict the fluid inflow by computing a desired value of a flow rate in accordance with a water level value from the water guage 2. The computing pats 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and 5e compute a deviation of a flow rate value from the means 20 from the desired value of the flow rate; when the deviation is within a preset range, it is determined that a flow state is a flow-down state; and the fluid inflow is predicted according to the water level value from the water gauge 2 and the flow rate value from the means 20 by using a preset predictive computing equation for the flow-down state. When the deviation is outside the preset range, the computing parts 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and 5e determine that the flow state is a storage state, and predict the fluid inflow in accordance with the water level value from the water gauge 2 and the flow rate part from the means 20 by using a preset predictive computing equation for the storage state.
